A lot of homeowners focus on the outdoor unit when they think about a new AC system. That makes sense - it's the part you can actually see from the yard. But the outdoor condenser is only half the picture. What's happening up in the attic is just as important, and that's where a lot of installs fall short.

We installed a complete Carrier system here - outdoor condenser and attic air handler both. The condenser sits on a solid concrete pad, properly positioned alongside the home with clean line connections running back to the disconnect. No shortcuts on the pad, no sloppy line routing. That matters more than most people realize, because a unit that isn't properly supported or connected from the start is going to cause problems down the road.

The attic work is where things get technical fast. The air handler has to be positioned correctly, the ductwork has to connect without leaks, and every component has to be tied in so the system actually performs as a whole. We take that seriously. A tight, well-connected attic setup means consistent airflow to every room - not just the ones closest to the unit.

Carrier is one of the most trusted names in residential HVAC for a reason. Their equipment is built to handle the heat load that homeowners deal with here, and when it's installed correctly, it runs efficiently and reliably for years. That's the goal with every new installation we do - equipment you can count on, put in the right way from day one.

A new AC system is a real investment. Getting it installed properly protects that investment and keeps your home comfortable without the headaches of poor airflow, rising energy bills, or early breakdowns. We handle the full job - outdoor unit, attic equipment, all of it - so everything works together the way it should.
