I bought a new home, and for 4 years, I didnt understand why my system was running constantly and not cooling properly. I called Boreas and they sent a technician over the next day. My entire system was undersized by almost 2 tons. They gave me a competitive bid to upgrade my system. They came out within the week and had my old system out and new system back in. The team was very professional and even put blankets down all the way upstairs to my attic. Now that my system has been running for an entire month, my house finally is able to get below 74 degrees, in the Texas heat thats impressive. My unit is also running way less and for the month of July my energy bill has even dropped by $45. After the install, Korean reached out 2 separate times to check in on if there were any issues. If Google allowed for 10 stars, I'd give them 10. Im very thankful for Boreas and the technicians that made my house a priority. Thank you!
South and employees that serve me were very professional. The technicians that came to the house knew what they were doing and were very very good ex experts at what they did. The technicians had worked in the house were very personable And courteous with every phase of the job. They treated my home as if it was their own, with respect I have other properties and I would use this company on any property that I own. Thank you for a great service.
