All I can say is WOW! After another A/C company was quoting my grandmother thousands of dollars, I called Boreas who fixed it in an hour for a few hundred. I have never felt so loyal to an a/c company before. They have now fixed my home, my grandmothers home, and my brothers home. Their response time is incredible and very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been client of this company for the last 20 years, I don't look anywhere else, they.are reliable, honest. I always felt "taken care" by them. This company really worked the extra mile for me. The employees are kind and respectful. Its also a family owned business!!!
My first point of contact was the owner Nora, an amazing individual with an amazing team to complement her professionalism and honest leadership. She sent over two of her best technicians lead by Luis who is proficiently knowledgeable in a wide array of air conditioning and electrical systems. Right from the start they proved to be honest when checking out two of my air conditioners. Fixing one whom all that needed was a capacitor ( I had already diagnosed this) instead of quoting me for a new unit like the other contractors. On my other unit I knew I would need a whole new unit and system due to rust and a wide array of issues. They quickly came up with a quote with the best system available at the best price. This gave me the upmost confidence in asking them to take a look at my RTU’s. Luis did his best to diagnose the system even without first charging a service fee based on our trust for each other! Luis also took a look at my mini split unit and laundry ceiling unit. He didn’t give up until he found the issue with our motherboard for the ceiling unit and was able to find the leak for the mini split, saving us thousands of dollars in a span of hours !! This is the company we all need ! Truth, honesty, and integrity ! A service above all other competitors at every step of the way !
